Artefacts from the future are fictional stories, provocations and ideas that are designed to explore the intersection of emerging trends in creative and interesting ways. They aren’t intended ‘predict’ what will be, nor are they necessarily serious suggestions or projections for the next decade. They are speculations to help expand our range of possibilities, challenge our assumptions and provoke critical discussions around the future of work.
Trends are interesting, but they tell a narrow story of possible futures. We look at signals of change and emerging issues AND unpack their implications for people leaders in the present.
